Our Articles of Faith
Articles of Faith for Ace Christian Network Int'l Ministries, Inc.
The following are the foundational beliefs of Ace Christian Network Int’l Ministries, Inc., as established by the Word of God. These Articles of Faith are the bedrock of our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and guide our teachings, practices, and way of life.
The Holy Bible is God's Word
We believe that the Holy Bible is the inspired, pure, unchanging, and infallible Word of God. It serves as the ultimate authority for all matters of faith and conduct. (Proverbs 30:5-6; Isaiah 8:20; John 10:35; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:21).
Eternal, Everlasting God
We believe in one God, eternal in His existence, who has manifested Himself to us in three distinct Persons: God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. This is the doctrine of the Trinity. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; John 14:26; 2 Corinthians 13:14).
Jesus, the Son of God and Promised Messiah
We believe in Jesus Christ as the only begotten Son of God and the promised Savior of the world. We affirm His virgin birth and that He is both true God and true man. We believe that God created the universe through His Word, bringing everything into existence out of nothing. (Genesis 1-2; Exodus 20:11; John 1:1-3; Hebrews 11:3).
Man Made in God’s Image
We believe that man was created in the image and likeness of God and was given dominion over the earth. However, man fell into sin by disobeying God, leading to separation from Him. As a result, man lost his authority over the earth, which was surrendered to Satan, who then became the god of this world. (Genesis 1:26-30; Genesis 3:1-19; Psalm 8; Psalm 115:16; Isaiah 43:7; Luke 4:6; Romans 3:12, 23; Romans 5:12; Revelation 4:11).
Jesus is the Messiah
We believe in Jesus Christ as the promised Messiah of Israel and the Savior of the world, who is fully God and fully man. (Matthew 1:21-23; John 1:1, 14; 20:28; Hebrews 1:1-4, 2:14).
Jesus’ Virgin Birth
We believe that Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary, affirming His divine nature. (Luke 1:26-35; Hebrews 4:15; John 14:11).
Jesus’ Substitutionary Death
We believe in the substitutionary and redemptive work of Jesus Christ through His death on the cross. His sacrifice paid the price for man's redemption, offering forgiveness of sins to all who believe in His resurrection on the third day and receive justification through faith. (Matthew 1:21; Acts 4:12; 26:18; 2 Corinthians 5:21).
Lordship of Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ is both Savior and Lord. As His followers, we are called to a worldview and lifestyle that seek to honor Christ in all our thoughts and actions. (Psalm 24:1; Colossians 3:17; 2 Corinthians 10:5).
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the Holy Spirit as the Comforter, Helper, Teacher, and the third Person of the Trinity. The Holy Spirit holds authority over the church on earth today. He regenerates believers, unites them with Christ, assures them of His love, reveals God’s truth, develops Christ’s character in them, endows them with spiritual gifts, and empowers them to represent Christ on earth. (John 3:3-8; Acts 1:8; Romans 8; 1 Corinthians 12; Galatians 5:16-26; Ephesians 3:16-21).
Salvation is by Grace
We believe that salvation is a gift of God’s grace, not something earned by human effort. Eternal life is granted to all who place their faith in Jesus Christ. Through this faith, believers are restored to their God-given dominion over the earth. (Romans 3:23; Romans 6:23; Ephesians 2:8).
Water Baptism
We believe that baptism by immersion in water symbolizes the believer’s identification with the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Baptism is performed in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, signifying the believer's union with Christ, not with any specific church. (Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:3; 1 Corinthians 12:13; Galatians 3:27).
Unity of the Body of Christ
We believe that the church of Jesus Christ is one body, composed of all God’s people who have placed their trust in His death, burial, and resurrection. This body transcends all generations and nations, irrespective of denominational affiliations. Jesus Christ is the head of the church, and the church is united and indivisible. (John 17:11, 21-22; Romans 12:5; Galatians 3:26-29; Ephesians 1:22-23; Ephesians 4:5; Revelation 7:9).
The Holy Communion/Lord’s Supper
We believe in observing the Holy Communion or the Lord’s Supper as a memorial of Jesus Christ’s suffering and death on the cross. This act is performed in remembrance of His sacrifice for the redemption of humanity. (1 Corinthians 11:24-26).
Resurrection of the Dead
We believe in the bodily resurrection of the dead and in the second coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who will return to receive His saints. (Matthew 24:30; 1 Corinthians 15:52; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-16; Revelation 21:1-5).
Holy Matrimony
We believe that God instituted marriage as a holy union between one man and one woman. We affirm that marriage is for companionship, procreation, and fellowship, and that sexual intimacy is to be enjoyed only within the context of marriage. We stand opposed to same-sex marriage as this is contrary to God’s ordained design for marriage and is rebellion against God. (Genesis 2:22-25; Ecclesiastes 4:9-11; Matthew 5:27-32; Matthew 19:3-9; 1 Corinthians 7:1-11; Hebrews 13:4).
Existence of Heaven and Hell
We believe in the existence of both Heaven and hell. Heaven is the eternal home of God’s people, where they will rejoice forever in the new heaven and new earth. Hell is the place of eternal suffering prepared for Satan and his followers, as well as all who reject God. (Daniel 12:2-3; Matthew 25:31-46; Revelation 22:1-5; 2 Thessalonians 1:9).
